     西安安泰叶片技术有限公司（简称安泰公司）是由我国西安航空发动机（集团）有限公司、以色列叶片技术国际公司及美国普惠公司三方在1997年共同出资组建的合资公司。

安泰公司厂房条件完备,  装有先进的空调系统、 防火、环境污染监控、安全生产装置和完善的供电设施，并配置了一流的精锻、机械加工和化铣生产线。安泰公司引进了以色列叶片技术国际公司具有国际先进水平的精密锻造和机械加工工艺，成批生产各类尺寸的不锈钢及钛合金压气机成品叶片,  海运和工业燃气轮机及汽轮机叶片，结构件及人工关节件。

Xian Airfoil Technology Co. Ltd (XAT for short) is a three-partner joint venture established by Xian Aero-Engine (Group) Ltd, PRC, Pratt and Whitney, USA and Blades Technology International, Israel in 1997.

XAT workshop is equipped with the state-of-the-art precision forging, machining and chemical milling lines, with sophisticated air-conditioned environment and overhead electrical power supply. XAT manufactures compress airfoils and fan blades for commercial aero-engines, gas turbines for industrial and marine application and steam turbines as well as various structure parts and orthopaedic implants, with the most advanced technology in the processes of precision forging and machining introduced from BTI, Israel.

XAT has qualified metallurgical laboratory and chemical laboratory and advanced NDT inspection system.  The entire quality assurance system establishes a firm base for keeping XAT in the rank of world-class supplier.
