西安杨森制药有限公司成立于1985年10月22日，是由美国强生公司的全资子公司比利时杨森制药有限公司与陕西省医药总公司、陕西汉江药业股份有限公司、中国医药工业公司和中国医药对外贸易总公司合资兴建的大型现代化制药企业。
西安杨森是中国最早的合资企业之一，也是目前中国最大的中外合资制药企业。秉承“忠实于科学，献身于健康”的宗旨，西安杨森不断生产和引进有助于提高中国人民健康水平的创新药品。同时，亦倾力支持对社会有益的活动和慈善事业，促进中国健康和教育事业的发展，忠实地实践强生公司“信条”所赋予的责任。

Administration, Shaanxi Hanjiang Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd., China National Pharmaceutical Industry Corporation and China National Pharmaceutical Foreign Trade Corporation.
