陕西渭河发电有限公司

      陕西渭河发电有限公司是在原渭河发电厂基础上，经产权转让改制而设立的一家中外合作企业，是我国最早采用TOT（转让—经营—转让）方式经营的发电企业，也是目前西北地区一座现代化、特大型的骨干电力企业。公司由香港中旅(集团)有限公司、西北电网有限公司、陕西秦龙电力股份有限公司三方共同投资，合作三方占股本总额的比例分别为：香港中旅(集团)有限公司占51%、西北电网有限公司占30%、陕西秦龙电力股份有限公司占19%。公司成立于1997年5月8日，资产总额为54亿元人民币，注册资本为18亿元人民币。
公司主营生产和销售电力，发电装机规模为四台30万千瓦机组。首台机组于1991年投产，到1996年底机组全部投入运行，年发电能力70亿千瓦时以上。公司位于陕西省咸阳市东郊，距离西安市、咸阳市均约20公里。地处陕西省电力负荷中心，交通便利。
公司实行董事会领导下的总经理负责制，合作运营以来，稳步推进机制转换，狠抓经营管理，努力降低消耗，倡导“严格、和谐、创新、求效”的企业精神，各项管理已步入科学化、制度化、规范化的轨道，并向创建全国一流合资企业而努力。

Brief  Introduction  of  Shaanxi Weihe Electrical Power Co.Ltd

Shaanxi Weihe Electrical Power Co.Ltd, based on the former New Factory of Weihe Plant through the transformation of property rights, is a Sino-Foreign joint venture enterprise. As a major modernized meg-sized power company in the Northwest, it is also a pioneer electrical power enterprise which adopts the TOT mode (Transformation –Operation-Transformation) in China. The company is co-sponsored by three investors: HONG KONG CITS (Group) Co.Ltd, Northwest China grid Co.Ltd and Shaanxi Qinlong Electrical power Co.Ltd, whose share-holding percentages are 51%, 30% and 19% respectively. The company was founded on May 8,1997 with the total assets of 5.4 billion RMB yuan and the registered capital of 1.8 billion RMB yuan.

Devoted to the production and sales of Electrical Power, the company has four sets of 300,000KW generating units, among which the first one was installed in 1991 and by the end of 1996 all the test had been put into operation. The generate electricity capability attain up 7.0 billion kilowatt-hour per annum. Situated at the eastern suburb of Xiangyang city, which is the mid-point and traffic hub between Xi’an and Xianyang.
